Chatbot for Customer Support
As Cherry continues to grow, the need for reliable and efficient customer support has become more pressing than ever. As more and more customers rely on Cherry for their investments, we must find ways to provide high-quality customer service that meets their needs 24/7. We believe chatbots are a solution for this need, as they offer a cost-effective way to provide 24/7 customer support.
Challenge: The challenge for this hackathon is to build a chatbot that can effectively answer customer support queries using ChatGPT technology. Participants will need to develop a chatbot that can interpret natural language queries and respond in a way that is both accurate and helpful. For this Hackathon edition, we are focussing only on Mutual Funds and Onboarding. The chatbot must be capable of addressing a wide range of customer concerns, from onboarding challenges and investments and returns to product questions and technical support. Additionally, participants will need to incorporate a FAQ feature (provided by us*) into the chatbot, enabling customers to quickly access common answers to their questions.
Objectives: The objectives of this hackathon are to foster innovation in the field of customer support and to showcase the potential of ChatGPT technology in this domain. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the capabilities of this technology and to develop new approaches for improving customer support using chatbots. By the end of the hackathon, we aim to have a functional chatbot that can effectively respond to customer queries and provide a seamless customer support experience. Ultimately, this will help businesses to improve their customer support and build stronger relationships with their customers.
